1 year in the home office

We have now been working from home, wherever possible, for exactly one year. The decision was made on March 12/13, 2020, and implemented starting March 16, 2020.

Since we were already familiar with the agile project environment, including dailies and weeklies, the new communication channels were quickly established. Thanks to email, conferencing software, and messenger services, we have remained in close contact. Of course, we have also organized the occasional virtual social event to stay connected as a team, with more in planning.

After one year we can say: our home office solution has proven itself. Nevertheless, we are looking forward to hopefully being able to work together again soon in our offices in Munich and Schwäbisch Hall. We are especially curious to meet the colleagues who joined us during the home office phase and whom some of us have not yet seen in person.
