University Luzern

I studied Physics at the University of Oviedo (Spain) and later completed a Master's degree at Ulm University (Germany) in Quantum Information and Quantum Technologies. In between, I worked as a data scientist at ArcelorMittal, one of the largest steel and mining companies in the world.

Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Quantum Cryptography at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and ETH Zurich with Esther Hänggi (HSLU) (you can add link to her essendi author page) and Renato Renner (ETH Zurich) as my supervisors.

I am very interested in cybersecurity, and as part of the board of ETH Cyber Group, I have participated in, and later organized, a training for the Atlantic Council Cyber 9/12 Strategy Challenge. In my free time, I enjoy playing the violin and have recently joined the Polyphonia orchestra in Zurich.
